We developed the Smitty's salad program for Kraft Foods. The objective was to help Smitty's introduce new salad alternatives that were more interesting than previously offered in their restaurants. The program consisted of some fabulous food photography, full-colour table tents, posters, full-colour recipe cards for the kitchen staff and a launch sheet for the managers. In order to give the displays a country-fresh feel and to allow patrons to distinguish between the salads, we incorporated different coloured gingham into each design.
